Method

Step by step

    Mash banana with a fork.

    Whisk with egg, milk, honey, vanilla, baking powder and cinnamon.

    Fold in oats.

    Fold in berries and chocolate shavings.

    Pour mixture into a small baking dish.

    Bake at 180°C for about 25 min until golden.
