  • Cream
    80 ml
  • White wine
    40 ml
  • Parmesan

  • Garlic cloves

  • Shallots
    1 Stk
  • Butter

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon zest
    ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Salt

Method

Step by step

    Peel asparagus and trim woody ends, cut into pieces.

    Finely chop shallots and garlic.

    Cook spaghetti al dente in salted water.

    Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.

    Sauté shallots and garlic.

    Add asparagus and fry 5 min.

    Deglaze with white wine, briefly reduce.

    Add cream and simmer 3 min.

    Stir in Parmesan, adjust with salt, pepper, lemon zest and lemon juice.

    Drain pasta, combine with the sauce.
