- Milk30 ml
- Parmesan25 g

- Nutmeg1 pinch

Step by step

Cook spinach ravioli al dente in salted water according to package, drain.

Finely chop onion and garlic.

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Heat olive oil in an ovenproof pan.

Sweat onion and garlic until translucent.

Distribute ravioli in the pan.

Pour egg mixture over, dollop with ricotta.

Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Set in oven at 180°C for about 18 min.

Serve with basil.
