- Spring onions1 Stk
- Parmesan20 g

Step by step

Cube zucchini and bell pepper.

Slice spring onions into rings, chop garlic.

Halve cherry tomatoes.

Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in an ovenproof pan.

Sauté garlic and spring onions.

Fry zucchini and bell pepper for 5 min.

Add cherry tomatoes, pour egg mixture over.

Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Set in oven at 180°C for about 15 min.
