  • Milk
    30 ml
  • Zucchini
    1 Stk
  • Bell pepper
    1 Stk
  • Cherry tomatoes
    50 g
  • Spring onions
    1 Stk
  • Parmesan
    20 g
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Basil
    1 bunch
  • Garlic cloves

Method

Step by step

    Cube zucchini and bell pepper.

    Slice spring onions into rings, chop garlic.

  3. 3

    Halve cherry tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

    Heat olive oil in an ovenproof pan.

    Sauté garlic and spring onions.

  7. 7

    Fry zucchini and bell pepper for 5 min.

    Add cherry tomatoes, pour egg mixture over.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle with Parmesan.

    Set in oven at 180°C for about 15 min.
