Pour milk over breadcrumbs and let soak 10 min.

Crumble feta.

Very finely chop onion and garlic, chop parsley.

Mix soaked breadcrumbs with feta, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.

Form patties with damp hands.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
