- Beef mince125 g
- Pork mince125 g
- Day-old bread roll1 Stk
- Eggs1 Stk
- Onion1 Stk
- Mustard½ tbsp
- Parsley1 bunch
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Paprika powder¼ tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Milk40 ml
- Garlic cloves1 Stk

Step by step

Soak roll in milk, let stand 10 min, then squeeze out.

Very finely chop onion and garlic.

Vigorously mix mince with roll, eggs, onion, garlic, mustard, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.

Form patties with damp hands.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry patties 4–5 min per side until brown, then finish over low heat for 5 min.
