  • Beef mince
    125 g
  • Pork mince
    125 g
  • Day-old bread roll
    1 Stk
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Mustard
    ½ tbsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Paprika powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Vegetable oil
    1 tbsp
  • Milk
    40 ml
  • Garlic cloves

Method

Step by step

    Soak roll in milk, let stand 10 min, then squeeze out.

    Very finely chop onion and garlic.

  3. 3

    Vigorously mix mince with roll, eggs, onion, garlic, mustard, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Form patties with damp hands.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

    Fry patties 4–5 min per side until brown, then finish over low heat for 5 min.
