- Sorrel1 bunch
- Salad burnet1 bunch

- Plain yogurt35 g
- Mayonnaise15 g

- Mustard¼ tsp
- Lemon juice¼ tbsp

Method
Step by step

Hard-boil eggs, shock and peel.

Wash all herbs, pat dry and chop very finely.

Smooth-stir sour cream, yogurt and mayonnaise.

Stir in mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar.

Press egg yolks through a sieve, stir into the sauce.

Finely chop egg whites and fold in.

Stir in herbs.

Let steep at least 30 min.
