- Honey¼ tsp

- Walnut oil½ tbsp

Step by step

Toast hazelnuts in a dry pan without fat.

Roughly chop nuts.

Very finely chop shallot.

Whisk apple vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper with the shallot.
