Step by step

Slice steak thinly, salt and pepper, sear in butter.

Slice linguica and sausage and fry along.

Sauce: briefly toast tomato paste with pressed garlic in butter.

Deglaze with beer, add diced tomatoes, simmer 15 minutes and pass through a sieve.

Lightly toast bread.

Layer steak, ham, linguica and sausage on 4 toasts, top with toast.

Place sandwich in an oven-proof dish and generously sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 200°C for about 8 minutes until cheese is melted.

Pour sauce over the sandwich, place fried egg on top.
