    1 Stk
  • Lemon
    1 Stk
  • Butter
    20 g
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Dill
    1 bunch
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Salt
    ½ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • White wine
    30 ml
  • Cherry tomatoes

Method

Step by step

    Wash trout inside and out, pat dry.

    Season with salt and pepper, inside and out.

    Drizzle with lemon juice.

    Slice garlic, roughly chop parsley and dill.

  5. 5

    Place trout in a baking dish, fill with garlic, herbs and lemon slices.

    Drizzle with olive oil and white wine, dot with butter.

    Cook in oven at 180°C for about 25 min.

    Toast almonds in a pan until golden.

  9. 9

    Serve trout sprinkled with toasted almonds.
