  • Wheat flour
    85 g
  • Water
    50 ml
  • Fresh yeast
    1 cube
  • Olive oil
    10 ml
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Sugar
    ¼ tsp
  • Rosemary
    3 sprigs
  • Sea salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Cherry tomatoes
    35 g
  • Garlic cloves

Method

Step by step

    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with sugar.

    Add flour, salt and 40 ml olive oil.

    Knead into a smooth dough.

    Let rise covered for 90 min in a warm place.

    Grease a baking tray with olive oil, place dough on it.

    Press flat with fingers and dimple.

    Halve cherry tomatoes, slice garlic.

    Press tomatoes and garlic into the dimples.

    Drizzle with remaining olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.

    Let rise another 20 min.
