  • Wheat flour
    85 g
  • Fresh yeast
    1 cube
  • Water
    50 ml
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Sugar
    ¼ tsp
  • Sesame
    5 g
  • Black cumin
    3,3 g
  • Eggs

  • Plain yogurt

Method

Step by step

    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with sugar.

    Add flour, salt, olive oil and yogurt.

    Knead into a smooth dough.

    Let rise covered for 60 min in a warm place.

    Divide dough into 2 portions, form each into a flatbread.

    Press the typical pattern with your fingers.

    Let rise another 20 min.

    Brush with whisked egg, sprinkle with sesame and black cumin.

    Bake at 220°C for about 18 min until golden.
