Step by step

    Cut meat into bite-size cubes.

    Season with salt and pepper and arrange on a plate.

    Prepare fries per package instructions in oven or fryer.

    Trim and separate lettuce hearts.

    Distribute sauces and mustard into small bowls.

    Heat oil in fondue pot to 175°C.

    Place pot on the burner.

    Fry meat cubes individually on fondue forks in the hot oil for 1–2 minutes.
