- Water 40 ml lukewarmas needed
- Olive oil¾ tbsp
- Iodized salt¼ tsp
- Crème fraîche65 g
- Sour cream25 g
- Bacon cubes50 g
- Onions1 Stk
- Pepper¼ tsp
- Nutmeg1 pinch
- Chives1 bunch

Step by step

Preheat oven to 250°C, heat baking tray with it.

Knead flour, water, oil and salt into a smooth dough.

Rest 30 minutes.

Cut onions into thin rings.

Mix crème fraîche with sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Roll dough out very thinly (best directly on parchment paper).

Spread thinly with the crème fraîche mixture.

Top with bacon cubes and onion rings.

Slide onto the hot tray and bake 8–10 minutes until crispy — bottom should be browned, edges crisp.

Serve sprinkled with chives.
