Clean shrimp, season with salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan, fry shrimp with chopped garlic for about 3 min.

Fillet oranges, reserving juice.

Halve, pit and slice avocado into wedges.

Wash lamb's lettuce and arugula and drain well.

Whisk a dressing from remaining olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
