Step by step

Roughly chop pollock fillet in a food processor.

Very finely chop onion and garlic.

Finely chop parsley and dill.

Mix fish with onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, mustard, lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper.

Form patties with damp hands.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry patties 4–5 min per side until golden.
