  • Fish fillet
    150 g
  • Breadcrumbs
    25 g
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Butter
    20 g
  • Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • White wine
    30 ml
  • Chili flakes
    1 pinch
Method

Step by step

    Season fish fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Finely chop shallots and garlic.

    Finely chop parsley.

    Melt butter, sauté shallots and garlic.

  5. 5

    Stir in breadcrumbs and parsley, briefly toast.

    Deglaze with white wine, take off the heat.

    Place fillets in a greased baking dish.

    Distribute crumb mixture evenly over the fillets.

    Drizzle with olive oil.

    Bake at 200°C for about 15 min until golden.
