  • Feta sheep cheese

  • Cherry tomatoes
    100 g
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Olive oil
    1,5 tbsp
  • Oregano
    ½ tsp
  • Thyme
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Lemon zest
    ¼ tsp
  • Chili flakes
    1 pinch
  • Basil
    1 bunch
Method

Step by step

    Halve cherry tomatoes, slice garlic thinly.

    Cut feta into thick slices.

    Lay out four pieces of foil, place 1 feta slice in the center of each.

    Distribute tomatoes and garlic around the feta.

    Season with olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon zest and chili flakes.

    Close parcels.

    Cook on a hot grill or in the oven at 200°C for about 15 min.
