  • Walnut kernels

  • Thyme
    4 sprigs
  • Honey

Method

Step by step

    Roll out puff pastry on a baking tray with parchment.

    Fold over edges and brush with whisked egg.

    Crumble goat cheese onto the dough.

    Quarter figs and arrange on the cheese.

    Roughly chop walnuts and sprinkle on top.

    Drizzle with honey and olive oil.

    Season with thyme, salt and pepper.

    Bake at 200°C for about 22 min until golden.
