  • Eggs

  • Vegetable oil
    20 ml
  • Fanta
    20 ml
  • Baking powder

  • Salt

  • Vanilla pudding

  • Milk

  • Mandarins

  • Cream

Method

Step by step

    Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy.

    Slowly stir in vegetable oil and Fanta.

    Mix flour with baking powder and fold in.

    Spread batter onto a greased baking tray.

    Bake at 180°C for about 25 min, let cool.

    Cook vanilla pudding with milk according to package, let cool.

    Drain mandarins.

    Smooth-stir pudding and spread onto the base.

    Distribute mandarins on top.

    Whip cream and spread over the mandarins.
