Method

Step by step

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Incorporate eggs one by one, add vanilla and a pinch of salt.

    Mix flour with baking powder and stir in alternately with Baileys.

    Fold in chocolate shavings or chopped chocolate.

    Grease a bundt pan and dust with flour.

    Fill in batter, bake at 175°C for about 50 min, do a skewer test.

    Let cool, glaze with powdered sugar or Baileys icing.
