- Tomato paste¼ tbsp
- Paprika powder¼ tsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Broth50 ml
- Cream20 ml
- Parsley1 bunch
- Vegetable oil3 tbsp
Step by step

Hard-boil 3 eggs, shock and peel.

Finely chop onion and garlic.

Vigorously mix mince with 2 raw eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, tomato paste, paprika, salt and pepper.

Form half the mince into a loaf.

Place hard-boiled eggs in the center.

Cover with remaining mince and smooth out.

Heat vegetable oil in a roasting pan, sear meatloaf all over.

Cook in oven at 180°C for about 50 min, basting with broth.

Bring roasting juices to a boil with cream, adjust with salt and pepper.

Slice meatloaf and serve with sauce.
