Step by step

Cut chicken into thin strips.

Marinate with lime juice, pressed garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt and 2 tbsp oil, rest 15 minutes.

Cut bell pepper and onions into strips.

Heat remaining oil in a large pan very hot.

Sear chicken sharply 4 minutes and remove.

Fry bell pepper and onions in the pan 5 minutes until browned.

Return chicken to the pan and briefly toss with vegetables.

Briefly warm tortillas in a dry pan.

Fill tortillas with fajita mix, sour cream, guacamole, cheese and cilantro.
