Method

Step by step

    Cream butter, sugar and salt, stir in eggs.

    Mix flour with baking powder and fold in.

    Press dough into a greased springform with a raised edge.

    Pre-bake at 180°C for about 15 min, let cool.

    Cook vanilla pudding with milk according to package.

    Let pudding cool slightly, then spread onto the base.

    Wash strawberries, hull and halve.

  8. 8

    Distribute strawberries on the pudding.

    Prepare cake glaze according to package and pour over the strawberries.

    Chill at least 2 hr.
