- Mascarpone50 g
- Cream20 ml
- Powdered sugar10 g
- Vanilla¼ tsp
- Strawberries50 g
- Lemon juice¼ tbsp

Step by step

Finely grind almonds.

Cream butter and sugar, stir in eggs one by one.

Mix flour, almonds, baking powder and salt and stir into the butter mixture.

Fill batter into a springform pan.

Bake at 175°C for about 25 min, let cool.

Whip mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until creamy.

Spread cream onto the base.

Wash strawberries, hull and halve.

Distribute strawberries on the cream.

Chill at least 1 hr.
