- Cream30 ml
- Olive oil½ tbsp
- Bacon cubes25 g
- Salt¼ tsp

Method
Step by step

Chop onion, cube carrots and potatoes.

Heat olive oil in a pot, sweat onion until translucent.

Add carrots and potatoes, briefly fry along.

Add broth and bay leaf, simmer for about 15 min.

Add peas and cook another 5 min.

Remove bay leaf, puree the soup.

Stir in cream, adjust with salt and pepper.
