Step by step

    Briefly thaw peas, then roughly puree.

    Slice spring onions into fine rings.

    Whisk pea puree, eggs, flour, spring onions, salt and pepper.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

    Spoon in batter portions, fry 3 min per side until golden.

    Whisk cream cheese with lemon juice and chopped dill.

    Serve patties with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
