Step by step

    Cook potatoes in salted water for about 20 min, let cool, peel and slice.

    Slice endive into fine strips, wash and drain well.

    Core apple and slice into wedges.

    Slice red onion into fine rings.

    Render bacon cubes crispy in a pan.

    Briefly toast walnut kernels in the pan.
