- Tomatoes pureed100 g
- Kidney beans100 g
- Corn75 g
- Cheddar65 g

Step by step

Chop onion and garlic, cube bell pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, brown minced meat crumbly.

Add onion, garlic and bell pepper.

Drain kidney beans, add with corn and pureed tomatoes to the pan.

Season with chili, cumin, paprika powder, salt and pepper.

Simmer for about 10 min.

Grease a baking dish, fill in a thin layer of mince mixture.

Layer tortillas, mince mixture and cheese alternately.
