Step by step

Place flour with salt in a bowl, add cold butter in cubes and rub in.

Add 1 egg and cold water, quickly knead into a smooth dough.

Chill dough for 30 minutes.

Finely dice onions, bell pepper and garlic, fry in olive oil.

Add mince and brown until crumbly.

Season with cumin, paprika, salt and tomato paste, briefly fry along.

Chop hard-boiled eggs, slice olives, mix with mince, let cool.

Roll out dough thinly, cut out 12 cm circles.

Place filling in the center, fold into half-moons, press edges firmly with a fork.

Brush with beaten egg and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
