  • Mayonnaise

  • Plain yogurt
    25 g
  • Mustard

  • Cornichons
    25 g
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

Method

Step by step

    Hard-boil eggs in salted water for about 10 min.

    Shock eggs, peel and cube.

    Finely cube cornichons.

    Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika.

    Fold eggs and cornichons into the mayo mixture.

    Slice chives into rings and fold in.

    Let steep in the fridge for at least 30 min.
