Step by step

    Wash baby potatoes thoroughly and cook unpeeled in salted water for about 20 min.

    Drain potatoes, let steam off, halve.

    Render bacon cubes crispy in a pan.

    Finely chop shallots, slice chives and parsley.

    Whisk mustard, sherry vinegar, honey, salt and pepper, beat in olive oil.
