- Chicken breast150 g
- Eggs1 Stk
- Breadcrumbs20 g
- Curry powder½ tsp
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Onion1 Stk
- Parsley1 bunch
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Lime juice½ tbsp
- Plain yogurt50 g

Step by step

Finely chop chicken breast in a food processor.

Very finely chop onion and garlic.

Mix mince with onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, curry powder, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

Form small balls from the mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry balls all over for 8–10 min until golden.

Whisk plain yogurt with lime juice, salt and pepper into a dip.
