- Chicken breast150 g
- Cream60 ml
- Curry powder½ tsp
- Onion1 Stk
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Bell pepper1 Stk
- Mushrooms white50 g
- Broth50 ml
- Vegetable oil¾ tbsp
- Parsley1 bunch
- Pepper1 pinch
- Flour¼ tbsp
Method
Step by step

Slice chicken breast into strips, season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop onion and garlic, slice bell pepper into strips, mushrooms into slices.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sear chicken sharply and remove.

Sauté onion, garlic, bell pepper and mushrooms in the pan.

Add curry powder and briefly toast.

Dust with flour, deglaze with broth.

Stir in cream, return chicken to the pan.

Simmer 5–7 min, adjust with salt and pepper.

Serve sprinkled with parsley over rice.
