  • Apple
    ¼ kg
  • Wheat flour
    35 g
  • Butter
    25 g
  • Brown sugar
    15 g
  • Sugar
    10 g
  • Cinnamon
    ¼ tsp
  • Rolled oats
    10 g
  • Vanilla
    ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice
    ¼ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Peel, core and cube apples.

    Mix apple cubes with lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla.

    Fill into a greased baking dish.

    Mix flour, both sugars, salt and oats in a bowl.

    Add cold butter in cubes and rub with fingers into crumbs.

    Distribute crumbs evenly over the apples.

    Bake at 180°C for about 35 min until golden.

    Serve lukewarm with vanilla ice cream or cream.
