  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Cucumber

  • Red onions

  • Lemon juice

Method

Step by step

    Pour the same amount of boiling salted water over the couscous, let swell 10 min.

    Fluff with a fork and let cool.

    Halve cherry tomatoes, cube cucumber and bell pepper.

    Finely chop red onion, finely chop herbs.

    Whisk a dressing from olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Combine couscous, vegetables and herbs with the dressing.

    Crumble feta and sprinkle over the salad.
