Step by step

Peel and dice potatoes and parboil in salt water for 10 minutes, drain.

Finely dice onion and bell pepper.

Heat butter and oil in a large pan.

Fry potatoes 5 minutes until golden brown.

Add onion, bell pepper and pressed garlic and fry 3 minutes.

Pluck corned beef into small pieces and add.

Season with Worcestershire, salt, pepper and paprika, fry another 5 minutes until everything is crispy.

Fry sunny-side up eggs in a separate pan.

Serve hash topped with fried egg and sprinkled with parsley.
