- Pork schnitzel1 Stk
- Ham1 slice
- Emmentaler1 slice
- Eggs1 Stk
- Breadcrumbs40 g
- Paprika powder¼ tsp
- Butter15 g
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Olive oil¾ tbsp
Method
Step by step

Pound schnitzel flat between two layers of plastic film.

Season schnitzel with salt, pepper and paprika.

Place 1 slice each of ham and cheese on one half, fold over and secure with toothpicks.

Set out flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs on plates.

Bread cordon bleus first in flour, then egg and lastly breadcrumbs.

Melt butter, brush cordon bleus with it.

Place on a baking tray, drizzle with a little olive oil.

Bake at 200°C for about 25 min until golden, flip once halfway through.
