  • White cabbage
    100 g
  • Carrots
    35 g
  • Mayonnaise
    25 g
  • Plain yogurt
    15 g
  • Apple vinegar
    ½ tbsp
  • Mustard
    ¼ tsp
  • Honey
    ¼ tbsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Sugar
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
Method

Step by step

    Remove core from white cabbage and shave very finely.

    Combine with salt and let steep 10 min, then squeeze out.

  3. 3

    Shave carrots into fine strips, very finely chop onion.

  4. 4

    Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, apple vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, pepper and sugar into a dressing.

    Combine cabbage, carrots and onion with the dressing.

  6. 6

    Let steep in the fridge for at least 1 hr.

  7. 7

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
