    40 ml
  • Cream
    20 ml
  • Sugar

  • Wheat flour

Method

Step by step

    Wash plums, halve and pit.

    Grease baking dish with butter and dust with sugar (1 tbsp).

    Place plums cut-side up in the dish.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Whisk eggs, milk, cream, remaining sugar, vanilla and salt.

    Stir in flour until a smooth batter forms.

    Pour batter over the plums.

    Bake at 180°C for about 35–40 min until golden.

    Serve lukewarm dusted with powdered sugar.
