  • Beef tenderloinOr: Picanha, Flank steak
    ¼ kg
  • Garlic cloves
    2 Stk
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Iodized salt 0.5 tbsp coarse
    as needed
  • Pepper
    ¼ tsp
  • Lime juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Oregano dried
    ¼ tsp

Method

Step by step

    Pat meat dry.

    Press garlic, mix with oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and oregano into a marinade.

    Rub meat with the marinade and rest at least 20 minutes.

    Heat grill or heavy pan very hot.

  5. 5

    Sear meat sharply 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

    Rest meat in foil for 5–10 minutes.

    Slice across the grain.

  8. 8

    Serve sprinkled with parsley and chimichurri.
