- Beef tenderloinOr: Picanha, Flank steak¼ kg
- Garlic cloves2 Stk
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Iodized salt 0.5 tbsp coarseas needed
- Pepper¼ tsp
- Lime juice½ tbsp
- Parsley1 bunch
- Oregano dried¼ tsp
- Chimichurri 50 g for servingOr: Salsaas needed

Step by step

Pat meat dry.

Press garlic, mix with oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and oregano into a marinade.

Rub meat with the marinade and rest at least 20 minutes.

Heat grill or heavy pan very hot.

Sear meat sharply 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Rest meat in foil for 5–10 minutes.

Slice across the grain.

Serve sprinkled with parsley and chimichurri.
