- Chicken breastOr: Pork tenderloin, Shrimp fresh75 g
- Carrots1 Stk
- Pointed cabbageOr: White cabbage50 g
- Mung bean sproutsOr: Soy sprouts50 g
- Spring onions1 Stk
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Ginger½ cm
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce½ tbsp
- Sesame oil¼ tbsp
- Sunflower oil¾ tbsp
- Brown sugar¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch

Step by step

Cook noodles per package instructions, rinse with cold water.

Cut chicken into thin strips.

Cut vegetables into fine strips.

Heat wok very hot, add 2 tbsp oil.

Sear chicken sharply and remove.

Briefly fry pressed garlic and ginger in remaining oil for 30 seconds.

Stir-fry carrots and cabbage for 3 minutes.

Add sprouts and spring onions.

Return noodles and chicken to the wok.

Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and pepper, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
