  • Canned chickpeas
    100 g
  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Red onions

  • Bell pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Red wine vinegar

  • Paprika powder

Method

Step by step

    Slice chorizo and fry crispy in a pan without fat.

    Drain chickpeas.

    Halve cherry tomatoes, slice red onion into fine rings, cut bell pepper into strips.

    Finely chop garlic.

    Whisk a dressing from olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, paprika powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Mix chickpeas, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and chorizo in a bowl.

    Combine with dressing and serve sprinkled with parsley.
