  • Parsley 1 bunch flat-leaf
    as needed
  • Cilantro
    1 bunch
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Olive oil
    30 ml
  • Apple vinegarOr: Red wine vinegar
    ½ tbsp
  • Oregano driedOr: Oregano fresh
    ¼ tsp
  • Chili flakes
    ¼ tsp
  • Iodized salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    ¼ tsp
Method

Step by step

    Very finely chop parsley and cilantro.

    Finely chop or press garlic.

    Place all herbs and garlic in a bowl.

    Add olive oil, apple vinegar, oregano and chili flakes.

    Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

    Let stand at least 30 minutes for flavors to develop.
