- Cilantro1 bunch
- Garlic cloves1 Stk

- Apple vinegarOr: Red wine vinegar½ tbsp
- Oregano driedOr: Oregano fresh¼ tsp
- Chili flakes¼ tsp
- Iodized salt¼ tsp

Method
Step by step

Very finely chop parsley and cilantro.

Finely chop or press garlic.

Place all herbs and garlic in a bowl.

Add olive oil, apple vinegar, oregano and chili flakes.
