- Tomato paste½ tbsp

- Bell pepper1 Stk
- Chili powder¼ tsp
- Cumin¼ tsp
- Sweet paprika¼ tsp
- Brown sugar¼ tsp
- Olive oil½ tbsp
- Beef brothOr: Vegetable broth30 ml
- Iodized salt1 tsp

Step by step

Finely chop onions and garlic, dice bell pepper.

Heat oil in a large pot, brown mince until crumbly.

Add onions and garlic and cook for 3 minutes.

Add bell pepper and fry 5 minutes.

Add tomato paste and toast 1 minute.

Season with chili powder, cumin and paprika.

Deglaze with pureed tomatoes and broth.

Add kidney beans and corn (rinsed).

Season with salt and sugar, simmer 30 minutes.
