- Potatoes waxy¼ kg
- Beef mince100 g
- Kidney beans100 g
- Tomatoes pureed50 g
- Cheddar50 g
- Onion1 Stk
- Spring onions1 Stk
- Chili powder½ tsp
- Cumin¼ tsp
- Paprika powder¼ tsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Sour cream100 g
Method
Step by step

Peel potatoes and cut into fry shapes.

Mix with olive oil, salt and paprika, place on a baking tray.

Bake at 220°C for about 30 min until crispy, flip once.

Finely chop onion and garlic.

Brown minced meat crumbly in olive oil, add onion and garlic.

Add beans, tomatoes, chili, cumin, salt and pepper, simmer 15 min.

Spread fries on a platter, top with chili.

Sprinkle with cheddar and briefly gratinate in the oven.

Serve with sour cream and spring onions.
