- Chicken wings½ kg
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Honey1 tbsp
- BBQ sauce1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Paprika powder½ tsp
- Chili powder¼ tsp
- Olive oil¾ tbsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Spring onions1 Stk

Wash chicken wings and pat dry.

Finely grate garlic.

Whisk soy sauce, honey, BBQ sauce, garlic, paprika, chili, olive oil, salt and pepper into a marinade.

Combine wings with marinade and let steep at least 30 min.

Place wings on a tray lined with parchment.

Bake at 200°C for about 40 min until crispy, flip once halfway through.

Serve sprinkled with spring onion rings.
