- Plain yogurt50 g
- Tomatoes pureed100 g
- Cream50 ml
- Onion1 Stk
- Sesame oil½ tbsp
- Vegetable oil¾ tbsp
- Spring onions1 Stk
- Sesame¼ tbsp
- Paprika powder½ tsp
- Cumin¼ tsp
- Curry powder¼ tsp
- Butter15 g
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
Method
Step by step

Cube chicken, mix with yogurt, half the spices and salt, marinate at least 30 min.

Finely chop onion, garlic and ginger.

Sear chicken sharply in a pan without marinade and remove.

Melt butter in the pan, sauté onion, garlic and ginger.

Add remaining spices and briefly toast.

Add pureed tomatoes and reduce 10 min.

Stir in cream, return chicken to the pan.

Simmer another 10 min, adjust with salt and pepper.

Serve with chopped cilantro over rice or naan.
