  • Chicken breast
    150 g
  • Teriyaki sauce
    30 ml
  • Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Honey
    ½ tbsp
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Ginger
    ½ cm
  • Rice vinegar
    ½ tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    ½ tbsp
  • Vegetable oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Spring onions

  • Sesame
    ¼ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Cube chicken breast.

    Finely grate garlic and ginger.

    Whisk teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and rice vinegar into a marinade.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sear chicken sharply.

    Add marinade, simmer 5–7 min until sauce becomes glossy.

    Drizzle with sesame oil.

    Serve sprinkled with sesame and sliced spring onions over rice.
