Cube chicken breast.

Finely grate garlic and ginger.

Whisk teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and rice vinegar into a marinade.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sear chicken sharply.

Add marinade, simmer 5–7 min until sauce becomes glossy.
