Step by step

Prepare rice noodles per package instructions and drain.

Cut chicken into thin strips, peel shrimp.

Heat wok very hot and add oil.

Briefly fry pressed garlic, then sear chicken 2 minutes.

Add shrimp and fry along for 1 minute.

Whisk eggs at the side and let set.

Add noodles and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sambal and sugar.

Add sprouts and spring onions and briefly cook.

Drizzle with sesame oil and serve with chives.
